A Little About Me
Hey there, I’m Warren. I’m a husband, a father, a musician, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people find a place they feel connected to. My path into real estate started long before I ever worked in sales. In 1998, I enrolled in a few appraisal classes simply because I was curious. That small decision grew into a career that lasted more than twenty six years and shaped the way I understand homes, neighborhoods, and the true meaning of value.
Over the years, I completed more than fifteen thousand home appraisals throughout the Triangle and in nearby communities. Every assignment taught me something new about pricing and market behavior. It also showed me how much a home can matter to the person who owns it. As time passed, I realized I wanted more of the human side of the industry. I missed conversations at kitchen tables. I missed the trust that builds when someone lets you help guide a major decision. I missed being part of a moment that genuinely matters to someone.
That led me to become a licensed real estate broker in 2013. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving buyers and sellers in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Garner, and Wake Forest. My goal is always the same. I want to help people move with confidence and clarity, and I want the process to feel steady and understandable from start to finish. Today, I’m proud to represent clients through the Triangle Specialists Team at Long and Foster.
