I coordinate the final steps and keep everything on track so the transition to your next chapter feels smooth and organized.

I connect you with trusted lenders who can help you get pre-approved. Once that is in place, you receive a tailored list of homes that fit your goals and your comfort level.

Step 3: Touring Homes Together

We walk through each home at a pace that allows you to get a real feel for the space. My role is to help you notice the details and understand the strengths of each property.

Step 4: Building a Strong Offer

When you find the right home, I help you craft an offer that reflects your budget and stands out to the seller. You will understand each part of the offer before we move forward.

Step 5: Moving Through the Process

I guide you through inspections, due diligence, and the required paperwork. You will always know what to expect and what needs your attention.

Step 6: Welcome Home!

Once the keys are in your hand, the process does not end. I remain available for questions, local guidance, and anything you may need as you settle into your new home.

Do you work with clients relocating from out of state?

Yes. I frequently help clients moving to the Triangle and can guide you through the process remotely, including virtual tours and neighborhood insights.

How quickly can you provide a home valuation?

Usually within a day or two. I’ve completed thousands of valuations, so the process is fast and accurate.

Can we meet virtually instead of in person?

Absolutely. I’m happy to meet via phone, Zoom, or FaceTime, whatever makes the process easiest for you.

What should I prepare before reaching out?

Nothing is required. If you’re buying, feel free to share any preferences or goals. If you’re selling, a property address is helpful but not necessary.

Do you work with both buyers and sellers?

Yes. I represent both buyers and sellers and will personalize the experience to your specific goals, timeline, and comfort level.
