I expressed interest in a house at 447 Rose Lane on this site and Mr. Sumner called me in less than 5 minutes after requesting more information about the property.

He expressed concern about how the house was under short sale and advised to be cautious about this situation. I was uncertain what the problem was because I was un-knowledgeable about how the process worked, But Mr. Sumner was more than happy to explain step by step how much of a headache a short sale could be and recommended another highly experienced and knowledgeable Home Loan Consultant.

I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is either unsure of the processes that consist with buying a house. I know that I will be contacting him with my future needs. 

Warren knows Raleigh and the surrounding areas very well. He lives and works locally and was able to answer important questions about the neighborhoods/communities. 

His years of experience in real estate evaluation were extremely helpful. He was able to guide us through the complexities of the process and provided us with many property evaluation tools that educated our final decision. Warren is definitely a "people person" and took the time to ensure our real estate experience was positive.

Warren Sumner was my buyer's agent.  He worked with me for at least four months.  We looked at many houses.  Some of them I found, but most of them he found.  He was an untiring agent, never complained, and spent many hours with me.  He put no pressure on me and allowed me to choose what I wanted.  He spent time with me on weekdays and weekends.  

The house that I chose was one that he found for me.  Before the offer was presented, he made sure that this was the one that I wanted.  His negotiation skills were excellent.  Even after the offer was accepted, he continued to help me with things that had to be done when buying a house.
